Please RSVP by August 26, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "DECLINED." Also please send flight or stay confirmation by January 12,2026. If we do not receive your flight information you will not be included in the final head count. Thank you!

Transportation will not be provided, so guests will need to arrange their own travel to the venue. Parking is limited to five vehicles at venue entrance road. We recommend calling a taxi to make it easy!

Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to take a seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony you will have to wait until the ceremony is over.

We are having an "UNPLUGGED" ceremony. We've hired professionals to capture photo/videos and we'd hate for someone's device to block that. We ask that you do not record until both the bride and groom has said their vows. After that feel free to take as many photos/ videos as you like. Thank you!

We love your little ones, but we have decided that our wedding will be an ADULT-ONLY occasion.

Dress to impress, but keep it comfortable. The weather is usually warm and pleasant around this time. The vibe is semi-formal. Think nice dresses, jumpsuits, or dress shirts with slacks. No need for a tux or ballroom gown, just something a little fancy and fun. Our wedding party is wearing green and Champaign, so please refrain from wearing those colors or similar colors as we wish for our wedding party to stand out.

Guests are welcome to book accommodations such as Airbnb rentals nearby. There are plenty of great options in the area for a comfortable stay.
